Forms

Landlord and Tenant Forms

Eviction and rental forms are grouped by who is filing. Landlord packets start an eviction. Tenant packets respond to one. Each packet includes its own instructions.

Deadlines are short in eviction cases

Notice periods and response deadlines in Nevada eviction cases can be as short as five judicial days. Read the notice you received carefully and file your response on time. Court staff cannot tell you which packet applies to your situation or how to fill it out.
