Submit a Certificate of Completion

Finished a court ordered class or traffic school? Send your certificate to Court Services here. You can also bring it to the court office or mail it.

Upload your certificate

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

PDF or a clear photo, under 6 MB. Make sure your name and the completion date are readable.

Send your certificate at least three business days before your court date.

Deadlines matter

Court Services needs your certificate at least three days before your court date. Sending it here does not change a court date or excuse an appearance.

Other ways to submit

Bring the certificate to the court office during business hours, or mail it to 1520 E. Basin Avenue, Pahrump, NV 89060. Include your case or citation number.
