This website provides general information about court procedures, forms, and services. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Court staff can explain how the court works and what forms exist, but they cannot tell you what to file, what to say, or how your case will turn out. For advice about your situation, talk to an attorney.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep hours, calendars, fees, forms, and class providers current. Even so, information can change without notice, and the official record of your case is the record held by the court, not this website. If something here conflicts with a court order, a statute, or a court rule, the order, statute, or rule controls. Call the court office if you need to confirm anything before you rely on it.

Forms and filings

Forms posted here are provided as a convenience. Completing a form does not file it. A document is filed only when it is accepted by the court through the counter, mail, or an approved e-filing system. Deadlines set by law or by court order still apply.

Payments

Online payments are handled by the Nevada courts payment system, not by this website. Convenience fees, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by that system and by the terms of your court order. A payment is credited when the court receives it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit false information, to harass anyone, to attempt to gain access to systems or records you are not entitled to, or to disrupt the site or its services. Do not send threats, malware, or automated bulk submissions.

Links to other agencies, vendors, and community resources are offered for convenience. The court does not control those sites and does not endorse their content, products, or services.
