Accessibility Statement

Our standard

This website is designed and maintained to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, the technical standard adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice for state and local government websites under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we do

• Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text meets minimum contrast ratios and can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content.
• Images carry text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Forms use real labels, clear instructions, and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
• Animation and motion are reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
• Court forms and calendars posted here are reviewed so the text can be read and searched.

Documents and outside websites

Some court forms are posted as PDF files, and some services, such as online payments, case lookup, and the service line, are operated by the Nevada Supreme Court or other outside vendors. If any document or outside service is difficult for you to use, call the court office and staff will read the document to you, complete it with you, take your payment, or provide the information in another format at no cost.

Request an accommodation

If you need an accommodation for a court hearing or to use any court service, contact the court as far in advance as possible so arrangements can be made. Accommodations include interpreters, assistive listening devices, large print or plain text documents, and help completing forms.

Report a barrier

If you run into a page, document, or feature on this website that you cannot use, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using, if any. We will respond within a reasonable time and provide the information in an accessible way while any fix is made.
