Cases and Payments
Traffic School
Traffic school may be available on some traffic matters. Only a judge can grant traffic school, and it is not offered on every citation.
If the judge grants traffic school in your case, you will be given a deadline to complete an approved course and to file your certificate of completion with the court. Completing the course on time can reduce or dismiss the charge, depending on what the judge ordered.
You are responsible for choosing an approved provider, paying the provider's fee, and making sure the court receives your certificate before the deadline. The court does not receive certificates automatically.
Submitting your certificate
Send it online in a couple of minutes, bring it to the court office during business hours, or mail it to 1520 E. Basin Avenue, Pahrump, NV 89060. Include your case or citation number.
