If you don't find what you are looking for on the online portal, or need hard copies of documents, you can download the records request form below, complete it and return it or submit the request using the online form at the bottom of this page.

You can pay for records using our online payment portal after submitting the request and being given the total due by clicking on "payments" on this site.  In lieu of case # or citation simply put records.
