Before you request

Many case details are available for free through the online case portal. Sealed records, juvenile records, and other records protected by law cannot be released.

The portal is run by the Nevada courts and opens in a new tab. Search by name or case number to see case details, hearing dates, and balances.

Fees and timing

Copy, certification, transcript, and recording fees are set by the court's fee schedule. Staff will confirm the total before the record is prepared. Transcripts are produced by a transcriptionist and can take additional time.
